To Whom It May Concern:

It is my pleasure to recommend Mr. Andrew Meyer to anyone needing the several financial services that he offers. We came to Mr. Meyer at a time of financial desperation and greatly needing a large loan to save the family farm. We had several very good loan officers working in our behalf but we kept getting refusals. At literally the last possible moment we turned to Mr. Meyer who was able to put together a loan program that was nothing short of miraculous. His hard work and diligence coupled with a wide range of contacts enabled him to do what the others could not do. Mr. Meyer saved our most important financial asset and he has our undying thanks.

Sincerely,

Excerpt from their letter

Best said in their words;

“As a guest of my home, I found him to be thoughtful, kind, considerate, respectful, and above all, honest and trustworthy. He brought with him his best friend, a beautifully disciplined Siberian Huskey.

His kindness lends itself to doing favors for others in need. As a non-traditional student he has been a mentor for the younger students and has given freely and generously of his time talking and counseling with them. His love for his family in South Africa, England and Canada is genuine as he maintains a warm, continuous relationship with them. The sudden passing of his father in 2002 was a terrible blow to Andrew.

Andrew Meyer is an asset to his family, friends, colleagues and community. I enjoy referring to him as “my Delhi son”.

P.S. In May 2003, Andrew graduated with an Associate Degree from Delhi Tech.

Excerpt from their letter

Best said in their words;

“He is highly motivated and a true “self starter”. He arrived at SUNY Delhi as an adult student with significant business experience and immediately gained the respect and cooperation of fellow students. He initiated a new student club on campus (no small feat in this highly competitive environment). The organization, called “Streetwise”, was a business orientated club with a full array of student participants and members ranging from Business and Finance majors to the Liberal Arts majors who simply wanted to learn from one of their own. The club gleaned several accolades and even won several votes for the much-touted “Organization of the Year” award. Those who know Andrew can identify and appreciate his energy and vision.

Unquestionably bright and experienced, Andrew is asset to both the college and the community. He is one of those unique individuals who can “think on his feet” and is capable of sustained quality action. An employer can put Andrew to virtually any task and walk away with the sure confidence that “everything will be okay … Andrew’s there.”

Hi James,

Sorry, I have to say that it appears that you do not have sufficient studies or costs in your executive studies. I would recommend for you to apply to the Small Business Administration first for a loan, then apply to your local bank.

Once you have done this and you have exhausted all the sources of money then you may be ready for the type of funding we do.

This type of funding is expensive and to a starting business, it will strangle your profits before you start.

Another source is to ask your friends and family for support and financial investment.

If they believe and support your business, you will get to develop your business.

Another thing is this is a business plan with no substance as there is no costs, set of costs for materials or equipment nor is there any mention of an exit strategy after you have raised the money for repayment. The plan is not spell checked or professionally prepared. For this type of help you may ask at the City Library or local college.

We wish you all the best and hope and success in your venture.

Andrew,
You are a cool guy. Most people wouldn't have given James the time of day but then you aren't most people.
