Mr. Andrew Hugh Meyer Hons.AAS(US), EBAP(ZA), FinAcc(ZA), CEAB(ZA), a native of the Republic of South Africa and permanent resident of Portland Oregon USA, (hereinafter called Andrew).

Andrew holds Consulting Services Agreements since 2007 in the United States with Tichael Properties, LLC of Kelso, Washington and for NHC, LLC {Northwest Housing Company}.

Refinance, reverse mortgages, loans, land purchases, residential construction,
FHA / VA and commercial mortgages.

Andrew is the Mortgage Broker/ Loan Officer for W.J. Bradley Company(en1), a consumer lender and has an exemption license to conduct business in Oregon and Washington State. Their principal market is reverse mortgages and later in 2008 will involve forward mortgages in the new residential components of 256 condominium unit mortgages in a new development with Tichael Properties; secondary market are purchases, refinances, (HECM) home equity conversion mortgages, ‘debt-redemption home-loans™’, land purchases, owner occupied, non-owner occupied, investment and 2nd-home owner mortgages, construction, and Federal Housing Association or Veterans Administration loans.

By association Andrew provides services in life insurance for  Estate Planning, retirement planning, home mortgage insurance, long term care insurance plan using a “HECM home equity conversion mortgage” that enables mature citizens, ‘elders 62 year & above’, to tap equity from homes without selling.  Andrew develops Pooling or syndicates of investors for development projects, or for commercial equity and cashflow investors, establishing over a 5 to 30 year retirement pool of cash with Andrew’s WealthMaster®™ plans.

Life Insurance - placed over 3500 policies of life insurance covering families and their children and business associates on people’s lives totaling more than {$ 51,079,000 between (en3)1984 - 2004} incorporating plans of – life, health, disability & specialty plans for estate planning, retirement and investment planning including ‘HFS housing financial services™’ plans, pension, retirement and employee benefits. The Investments exceeded{$6,000,000}; and

Real Estate – residential, agricultural, commercial, developments, rentals, legal contracts and business brokering {$3,800,000}, and Stainless Steel cylindrical shipping container investments {largest single sale in this category}.

All sales have been completed in accordance with LIMRA, LUASA, LUA, MDRT, SBIC and EBAP guidelines, as applicable. Over 3,500 sales (150 corporate clients{140,000 in one employee benefit group, the product was HFS plan for Toyota South Africa} all completed in his tenure as a Professional Insurance & Real Estate Broker. Andrew is a Specialist in Estate Planning, business and investment planning, mortgage insurance, annuities, whole life, disability and long term care insurance programs and has helped clients choose correct type of policies. Andrew is considered a Professional Broker in the Republic of South African business circles, specializing in formation of creative financial plans, intellectual plans, executive business assurance plans, investments, retirement and estate planning packages, banking loans, brokering businesses to countrymen and expatriates of the British Commonwealth.  Achieved the Professionalism expected of a member to ‘Court of the Table – MDRT membership in 1994, Million Dollar Round Table’, and was an (en4)MDRT member from 1993(provisional applicant) - 1996.

Andrew graduated with a Management Degree from SUNY(en5) Delhi, New York (class 2003) Majoring in Travel & Tourism with Honors bestowed by Chi Alpha Epsilon Honors Society [XAE], and has received extensive training from Financial Services organizations both in the United States and overseas, namely: life insurance companies, banking and legal firms, together with knowledge gained in stainless steel tank container sales, timeshare, business brokering, real estate construction, office building developments, syndications, sales that completes and all around knowledge for Estate & Retirement Planning.

He completed The Executive Business Assurance Planner [EBAP] certification in the Republic of South Africa (ZA) and holds the South African Government Real Estate Board Certification [CEAB] Principal and Broker, and is a well practiced Business Broker in commercial, industrial, residential and agricultural real estate deals.

Andrew is neither a lawyer nor a financial planner and does not give any specific legal or financial advice. He has been and still is a mentor to many individuals and company leaders. Experience with consulting business entities globally has been influenced by teachers and mentors; (late) Ben Feldman who started his career in Salineville, Ohio 1942; Donald Gordon, Chairman and CEO of Liberty Life London, UK; Andrew’s (late) father John P. A. Meyer of Durban South Africa. Andrews’ 27 years solving client’s problems just like Ben in Ohio, was instrumental in implementing plans he created that changed insurance, banking and business policies that benefited families lives protecting them from the financial institutions and disasters while benefiting companies bottom-line profits on a global front in the Republic of South Africa, creating winning solutions for Andrew’s clients and lifelong friends. AnnuiBond®™ and Investment CashPlan -ICP became by far, Andrews most successful loan debt weapons, a series of programs he designed, created and implemented with the help of Actuaries, closing the deal in (3) three days for $6,000,000 (six $1 million plans) created a way for his client to write-off the hospitality $12million in property tax accounting errors and IRS penalties and was instrumental in closing/selling over 54 of these special plans to the same hospitality family group and since 1989 they are still in operation today.

CREATING WEALTH:

Based on Andrew’s white paper(s) published in Republic of South Africa’s banking journals, led to the introduction of Annuibond®, Investment Cash Plan ICP®, and WealthMaster® set of programs, that replaced antiquated Agricultural and Commercial mortgage loans that effected how a “farmer had to die to be debt free” to “a loan of ten (10) or fifteen (15) years pays off the agricultural loan(s)”.

4 MDRT is a World-wide organization that recognizes life insurance agents and consultants who are actively involved with sales in the Professionalism of their industry and recognizes those who strive to achieve and reach certain set ground rules for Membership. Founded in 1927, MDRT provides its members with resources to improve their technical knowledge, sales and client service while maintaining a culture of high ethical standards. Membership is not automatic, and has to be applied for and qualified annually, certified by peers and life insurance companies. A first year member becomes a Provisional applicant and then at certain levels of production and business retention qualifies to Court of the Table and then Top of the Table.
